The Viking Lander Rock Data Set is available online from this web site. It is not available on CD-ROM.
In addition to data files, the data set includes a detached PDS label for each file, documentation in the form of a Software Interface Specification (SIS), software for data analysis, an index listing the contents of the data set, and PDS catalog objects that describe the files in the data set.
The data set is organized into a set of subdirectories below the top-level directory. The table below shows the directory structure. Click on a highlighted filename to view the file.
