      <description>
        This table provides a map between SHARAD U.S. RDR products and the corresponding EDR products available
        from the SHARAD PDS Archive (doi:10.17189/1519482). SHARAD U.S. RDR products are produced from raw data
        products located at the Colorado SHARAD Processing System (CO-SHARPS).

        The CO-SHARPS raw data products differ slightly from the PDS EDR products. For example, some early-mission
        SHARAD observations were divided into multiple segments (so-called multi-mode observations), and the segments
        of these are stored separately in the PDS EDR archives whereas they are stored collectively in the CO-SHARPS
        raw data archive, but only if all segments were acquired with the same onboard summing. Multi-mode
        observations with variable onboard summing are not present in the CO-SHARPS raw data archive. There are also
        observations present in the CO-SHARPS raw data archive that are not present in the PDS EDR archive due to
        technical problems encountered in the decoding process. Some of these may be placed into the PDS EDR archive
        at a later date. Such missing observations are marked as 'null' in the table.

        If you have any questions regarding this document, please reach out to: co-sharps@psi.edu.

        Additional information regarding the operating modes of the SHARAD instrument can be found in the SHARAD EDR
