This experiment was a solid sample blank run. It revealed the
continued presence of the derivatization reagent, N-methyl-N-tert-
butyldimethylsilyl-trifluoroacetamide (MBSTFA), in the sampling
handling system. For estimation of its abundance, the background was
subtracted as a constant value from the end of the run (10712-10812
background was taken after the peak. Uncertainty in abundance,
deriving from statistical noise, background subtraction, calibration
factors, assumptions regarding ionization cross-sections, and
isobaric interferences, is estimated at 10-20% of the value.
