This experiment was part of a series of drilled solid sample experiments, designated NS_TMAH, which was the second SAM derivatization experiment performed on Mars that used the derivatization reagent, tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH). In this step, the pyrolysis oven was heated to an internal temperature of approximately 850 degrees Celsius to extract any remaining potentially recalcitrant compounds via pyrolysis. No "EGA" products are reported because of the difficulty in separating contributions from numerous isobaric interferences. These products will be updated if products of interest are identified in the future.
