Purpose:
Change the GRS EEPROM sequence 1B to use the PCON register to control the OS
secondary heater (with the GPA heater #3 and MR Operational heater on full) at

The GRS EEPROM sequence will be replaced.
Why it is needed:
To avoid a too cold condition for the outer stage, the mounting ring, and the
