Purpose:
Update EEPROM sequences 4B. Sequences 4B will disable the fault protection
for
the gamma HV for a UHF test. The sequence is being changed to remove the
time-relative commanding 65-second delay because there is only a 1-minute
delay between the GRS pass-through and the UHF transmitter commands in the
LMA
Expected result:
The sequence will be modified. 
Why it is needed:
The fault protection must be disabled during the UHF test due to possible
