Purpose:
To overwrite sequence 7b with a new 7b sequence that corrects the timing
Expected result:
A re-written sequence 7b, which will be confirmed in a subsequent memory dump.
Why it is needed:
There was an error in the timing of the commands in the old (HEND init 3)
