Purpose:
The purpose of this command is to change the NS high voltage power supply from
Expected result:
We expect HVPS2 to shutdown and HVPS1 to turn on at power level 5.
Why it is needed:
HVPS1 is needed to yeild a higher volatge (about 910volts) than HVPS2 is
currently capabile of (about 871 volts). The higher volatge is needed for
