Purpose:
Shut down pulser transmission to minimize bandwidth.
Expected result:
GRS will stop sending pulser packet
Why it is needed:
With Gamma subsystem HV off the pulser packets are empty and simply taking

Purpose:
Change OS heater setpoints to -98C. Place MR under temperature control.
Expected result:
OS temperature will drop to -98, MR will be placed under temperature control
Why it is needed:
Modified Return to science left instrument in slightly different configuration
than nominal return to science that requires more power than is necessary
