Purpose:
This is command part of a continued experiment to see if there is a setting of
HVPS selection and power level that gets the power monitor to read between 925
Expected result:
HVPS2 will transition from level 3 to level 4.
Why it is needed:
HVPS2 is currently at level 3, and the output voltage is above the desired

Purpose:

Why it is needed:
In a previous experiment, we switched to HVPS1 at level 4 and saw a higher
than expected output voltage. Switching to level 5 may yield an output voltage
