                Mars Odyssey GRS Special Products.

The Odyssey Gamma Ray Spectrometer (GRS) special data products are derived data acquired by the
Gamma Ray Subsystem -- the Gamma Sensor Head (GSH), the Neutron Spectrometer (NS), and the
                High Energy Neutron Detector (HEND).

The Odyssey GRS Science Team released this set of special derived products to accompany the
October 1, 2002, release of EDRs (raw data). These products include global maps of neutron flux and
portions of gamma-ray spectra showing hydrogen peaks. Figures in Science articles published in 2002 by
the GRS Team were based on these data.
