The CALIBRATION directory contains the following calibration files in
Adobe PDF format, which can be read using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader
software from www.adobe.com. A detached PDS label describes each PDF file.
The calibration reports include images, tables and graphs that are not 
reproducible in ASCII text or convertible to HTML, so no text or HTML 
versions of these files have been provided.

CALINFO.TXT (the file you are reading)

MECA_MICROSCOPY_CALIB_REPORT.PDF, .LBL - A description of the AFM,
OM, and SWTS instrument calibration performed by the MECA team. (Note that 
OM data is not stored in this archive; it is an imaging data set stored on 
the archive volume PHXOM_0XXX.)

MECA_TECP_CALIB_REPORT.PDF, .LBL - A description of the TECP instrument 
calibration performed by the MECA team.

MECA_WCL_CALIB_REPORT.PDF, .LBL - A description of the Wet Chemistry 
Laboratory instrument calibration performed by the MECA Team.
