1.0
Initial version created from original file ATC20nov.csp downloaded from
the DSN server OSCARX or recovered from a file previously archived for
2001 Mars Odyssey and/or Mars Express radio science under PDS3 standards.
Data file names have been changed to yyyy_ddd_zzzz_eee_tro.csp where
yyyy and zzzz give the start and end year of data and ddd and eee
give the start and end days of year. The PDS4 label file name is
yyyy_ddd_zzzz_eee_tro.xml.

Instrument
Path delays from multi-frequency observations of GPS satellites
are used to model path delays along the DSN-to-spacecraft
radio link resulting from passage through Earth's troposphere
as a function of time.

Earth
Planet
Dual-frequency GPS radio signals penetrate Earth's troposphere,
providing information on path delay that can be used to
calibrate radio tracking data.
