Files with names ending in TXT or CSV are ASCII text files. Files with names 
ending in PDF are in PDF/A format, an archive-quality version of PDF 
(Portable Document Format) which can be viewed with various PDF viewers.

The reader is also referred to these publications, which are not reproduced
in the archive due to copyright laws.
