MESSENGER: XRS

April 14, 2014. An interim release of XRS CDR data has been posted. This release corrects errors in engineering data from Releases 10 and 11, and errors in two products from Release 9. See ERRATA.TXT for details.

March 7, 2014. MESSENGER Release 11 includes XRS raw and calibrated (EDR, CDR) data through September 17, 2013, and a new derived Maps data set (RDR). See the ERRATA.TXT file in each data set's top-level directory for details about this release.

XRS is the X-Ray Spectrometer instrument on MESSENGER. The data sets are produced by the XRS Science Team at NASA / Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Maryland.
