MRO: SHARAD

March 7, 2008. Release 4 of SHARAD data
is now available. This release includes data acquired between May
9 and August 8, 2007.

SHARAD (Shallow Radar) is a subsurface radar sounder
that looks for water and ice in the first few hundred
meters of the subsurface of Mars. SHARAD data sets are produced by
the SHARAD Science Team based at the University of Rome,
Italy.
