MESSENGER: GRS and NS

July 11, 2008. MESSENGER Release 3 includes GRS and NS EDR data acquired from the second Venus flyby through the first Mercury flyby (June 5, 2007- January 14, 2008).

GRS and NS are the Gamma Ray Spectrometer and Neutron Spectrometer instruments on MESSENGER. The data sets are produced by the GRS/NS Science Team at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Laurel, Maryland.
