MRO: SHARAD
October 30, 2024. SHARAD EDRs and
RDRs from SHARAD Operations from releases 67-70 are
released, with coverage from February 12,
2023, through February 10, 2024.
August 30, 2024. MRO Release 70
includes new SHARAD radargrams from the SHARAD Science Team
and SHARAD Clutter Simulations,
with coverage from December 6, 2023, through
February 15, 2024. SHARAD EDRs and RDRs from SHARAD Operations
from releases 67-70 are delayed.
August 1, 2024. The SHARAD
radargrams from the SHARAD Science Team have been
migrated to the PDS4 standard. See the
PDS4 notes document for details. |
SHARAD (Shallow Radar) is a subsurface radar sounder
that looks for water and ice in the first few hundred
meters of the subsurface of Mars. SHARAD data sets are produced by
the SHARAD Science Team.
